Chye Kit

Chye Kit is the CEO and Co-Founder of Cynopsis Solutions. Chye was previously the Founder and CEO of traceto.io, and the Advisor at Kyber Network.

Chye Kit has over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry. Chye started their career as a compliance officer at Macquarie Group, and later became the Managing Director and Regional Head of Compliance Asia. Chye then left Macquarie to start their own company, CCK Solutions Private Limited. After a few years, they joined RegPac Revolution as an advisor.

In 2017, Chye Kit founded traceto.io, a blockchain-based know-your-customer (KYC) network. Chye grew the company to over 50 employees and 10 major clients within 3 years. In 2020, they sold traceto.io to Cynopsis Solutions and became the CEO and Co-Founder of Cynopsis Solutions.

Under Chye Kit’s leadership, Cynopsis Solutions has become one of the leading KYC providers in the world. The company has over 200 major clients including banks, exchanges, and Telcos.

Chye Kit has a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Chye is also certified from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) as an Associate Member, and from the International Compliance Association as a Fellow of International Compliance Association (FICA). Lastly, they have certification from IBFSG - The Institute of Banking & Finance Singapore in IBF Advanced (IBFA), Compliance.
