Praveen Patnaik

Praveen Patnaik has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Praveen is currently the Director of Enterprise Business Intelligence Architecture at Cynosure, LLC. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Platform Delivery at Epsilon for eight years, where they were responsible for technical leadership in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) vertical. Praveen also led the CCPA and GDPR implementations for the vertical, bringing in significant project work. Earlier in their career, Praveen served as Vice President at State Street, leading the development and implementation of an Enterprise Risk Data Warehouse and information delivery systems for Risk Management. Praveen also held leadership positions at Harte-Hanks Data Technologies, where they led data center consolidation efforts and oversaw the migration and consolidation of Lotus Notes email. At Epsilon, they served as Director and Systems Architect, leading the design and implementation of Retail Banking products. Praveen's experience also includes roles at Fidelity Investments, where they designed and developed a DR solution for a large Oracle database, and at the Consortium for International Earth Science Information Network, where they worked as a Principal Software Engineer.

Praveen Patnaik completed their education in a chronological order. They obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Engineering from Louisiana State University from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, Praveen completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics from Andhra University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Their high school education was completed at Timpany Senior Secondary School, where they obtained a High School (ISC) degree spanning from 1972 to 1985. In addition to their formal education, Praveen Patnaik also obtained a certification from Microsoft, specifically the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, in February 2021.
