Ann Allred

Ann Allred, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Cyntergy AEC since November 2011. In this role, Ann oversees general human resource management, recruitment, payroll preparation and processing, benefits management, safety program development, and compliance with government programs. Previous positions include HR/Health & Safety at Alcan Packaging - Tulsa, Human Resources Manager at Worthington Steelpac Systems, and Human Resources Generalist at Worthington Cylinder Corporation, where Ann established the HR office for a new facility. Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Organization Leadership with a Human Resources emphasis from Southern Nazarene University, completed between 1996 and 1997.
