Kent Bray has a comprehensive work history in project management and engineering. Kent started their career as an Electrical Engineer with the US Army Corps of Engineers in 2010 and held various roles within the organization, including Electrical Engineer/Technical Manager and Project Design Manager. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Chief, Military Design. In 2018, they joined Cyntergy_ as a Senior Project Manager and later became the Deputy Director of Project Management in 2021.

Kent Bray attended the University of Arkansas from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering. Following this, they pursued further education at the Missouri University of Science and Technology from 2012 to 2014, earning a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Engineering Management. Moreover, Kent Bray also obtained certifications outside of their formal education. In June 2017, they acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, in December 2014, they earned the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the State of Oklahoma.
