Katherine Elliott

Katherine Elliott is a seasoned performance engineer with extensive experience in software engineering and development within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Lead Performance Engineer at Cypress Creek Renewables since March 2025, Katherine previously held the position of Staff Software Engineer at Form Energy, Inc., where work involved the grid modeling toolkit, Formware. Prior experience includes a significant role at kWh Analytics, contributing to the solar risk management platform HelioStats, as well as software engineering positions focused on energy efficiency and renewable projects at Energy Solutions. Katherine's early career included research and web development internships at MBARI, where contributions supported marine life data collection and forecasting models. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from Franklin W. Olin College of Engineering, obtained in 2010.
