Senior Director - Monitoring, Operations, And Performance at Cypress Creek Renewables

Tim Fredericksen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tim started their career as an Intern at Eastern Municipal Water District in 1997. Tim then joined the US Navy in 1999 and served as Chief Electrician's Mate, Nuclear, Submarines, where they led a division of 16 personnel and was responsible for the maintenance and operation of electrical equipment onboard a nuclear-attack submarine.

After leaving the Navy in 2008, Tim Fredericksen joined GE Renewable Energy where they held several positions. Tim worked as an Operations Manager in the Top Issues Team, Manager of Wind Fleet Programs, and Senior Operations Manager in Fleet Reliability Operations. Tim also served as the Global Manager of Fleet Performance Engineering, where they led a global team of engineers to resolve technical issues and improve the performance of GE's wind turbine fleet.

Tim Fredericksen also had roles in strategy deployment and business excellence at GE Renewable Energy, where they were responsible for aligning regional operations with broader business objectives and driving improvements in quality, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.

In 2022, Tim Fredericksen joined GE Vernova as the Director of Customers and Continuous Improvement, leading efforts to enhance customer experience, manage enterprise risk, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tim then moved on to Cypress Creek Renewables in 2023 as the Senior Director of Monitoring, Operations, and Performance.

Tim Fredericksen earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business from the University of Phoenix in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from The New School in 2003. In 2000, they completed Nuclear Engineering coursework at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC) Nuclear Power School.
