Adrian Berger

Managing Director, Acquisitions at CEI - Cypress Equity Investments

Adrian Berger has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Adrian began their career in 2004 at Orbis as a Client Solutions Manager in South East Asia. From there, they joined IP Global USA, Inc in 2008, serving as the Chief Operating Officer and later as the Business Development Manager. During their time at IP Global, Adrian was responsible for various tasks such as opening the first US office, business development, sales and marketing, acquisitions, and market research.

In 2010, Adrian joined Global Realty Opportunities as the Vice President, before moving on to Corner Commercial Real Estate in 2013, where they held the position of President. At Corner Commercial Real Estate, Adrian provided full-service commercial real estate consulting, leasing, and investment sales.

Adrian's most recent position is at CEI - Cypress Equity Investments, where they have held various roles since 2015. Adrian started as the VP of Acquisitions, overseeing multifamily development and GP/LP co-investment. Adrian then moved on to become the SVP of Acquisitions, responsible for national deal sourcing, and is now the Managing Director of Acquisitions, where they lead a national acquisitions team in sourcing land and existing multifamily properties for development.

Adrian Berger attended Moriah College where they completed their high school education in 1995. Following that, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering at Lidcombe College of TAFE from 1996 to 1998. Later, Adrian went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on General Management at Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) from 2002 to 2004.
