David Regan

David Regan has extensive work experience in the legal and financial sectors. David currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel at CEI - Cypress Equity Investments since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP as an Associate from October 2013 to January 2022. David also worked as a Summer Associate at the same firm in May 2012. Before joining Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, David served as a Summer Associate at Klee, Tuchin, Bogdanoff & Stern in May 2011. Their career began at Deloitte & Touche, where they worked as an Audit Senior from September 2007 to August 2010.

David Regan began their education in 2002 at UCLA, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Accounting. David successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2007. Subsequently, David continued their educational journey at the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, where they obtained a JD degree in Law. David attended law school from 2010 to 2013.
