Chris Echols is a seasoned professional in aerospace science education and military leadership with extensive experience in law enforcement and force protection. Currently serving as a Senior Aerospace Science Instructor at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD since August 2016, Chris previously held the same position at Warren East High School from November 2013 to June 2016. Chris's military career includes significant roles in the United States Air Force, including Commandant of the Police Academy, where over $10 million in training efficiencies were achieved, and Chief of Police, overseeing 200+ personnel and critical antiterrorism initiatives. Other notable positions include Chief, Plans and Programs, and Security for Coalition AF Transition Team Leader, with a focus on training and assessing security forces in Iraq. Chris's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas and a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Southern Mississippi.
