James Briscoe

James Briscoe currently serves as the Director of Procurement Services at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD since March 2023. Prior to this role, James held the position of Assistant Superintendent of Business Services and Finance at BakerRipley from November 2019 to March 2023. Between March 2018 and October 2019, James was the Director of Finance at Cedar Hill ISD. James holds an Executive MBA from Texas Southern University.
