Jason Garza

Jason Garza has extensive experience in education and athletic coaching, currently serving as the District Athletic Coordinator and a Teacher/Coach at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD since June 2017. Garza has held various coaching roles, including Assistant Head Football Coach and Offensive Line Coach at Cypress Ridge High School, and has taught health and mathematics courses. Previously, positions include Teacher/Coach at Dayton ISD, where responsibilities included coaching football and track, and teaching geometry, as well as a decade at Galena Park ISD in similar roles. Garza began his career at Mathis ISD, focusing on algebra and coaching wide receivers. Academically, Garza holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from Texas State University.
