Toni Ann Petovello

Toni Ann Petovello, LMSW, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Community Schools at Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation, where responsibilities include developing and overseeing evidence-based programming to enhance student attendance and engagement, as well as facilitating weekly groups using the DBT in Schools curriculum. Previously, as the Community Schools Program Coordinator, Toni Ann coordinated school-wide events, improved attendance through home visits, and engaged families and students. Experience also includes an internship with Future of Tomorrow, focusing on youth development and resource connection, and an internship at EOC of Suffolk, facilitating psychoeducational programs for youth in various settings. Toni Ann holds a Master of Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University.
