David Hansen

David Hansen has over 30 years of experience in the government and defense industry. David was most recently the Acting Executive Director, Border Enforcement Management Systems for U.S. Customs and Border Protection from March 2021 to October 2022. David was also previously the Vice President for Homeland Defense & Business Systems at Cypress International, Inc. starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Program Manager for GCSS Marine Corps at PEO EIS from May 2013 to July 2018. David also worked at Marine Corps Systems Command as the Program Manager for MRAP from June 2007 to May 2013, as well as serving as PM from 1989 to 2012.

David Hansen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Small Business Administration/Management from the USC Marshall School of Business in the years 1981 to 1985. David went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Averett University from 1989 to 1991. Lastly, they obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Resource Management from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces from 2006 to 2007.
