John W. Ratliff

John Ratliff serves as the President and CEO of Reata Holdings, Inc. since January 2006 and also holds the position of President at Ironwood Surplus, Inc. since January 2007, which functions as a wholesaler and program administrator for workers' compensation insurance. Additionally, Ratliff is the Founder and CEO of Cypress Premium Funding, Inc., established in January 2006, which specializes in commercial premium financing, serving over 10,000 businesses annually through a network of more than 1,500 brokers. Prior to these roles, Ratliff was the Managing Director and Executive Vice President at Ibex Financial Services from January 1995 to November 2005 and worked as a Lloyds Broker at Nelson Hurst & Marsh from July 1990 to November 1991. Ratliff earned a BS in Human Resources Management from the University of North Texas between 1986 and 1990.
