Jim Taketa

Jim Taketa is currently the Senior Claims Specialist Pre-Litigation and Litigation at Cypress Property & Casualty Insurance Company, specializing in Alternate Dispute Resolution. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Senior Claims Adjuster at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation and Catastrophe Claims Representative at State Farm ®. In addition to their extensive experience in the insurance industry, Jim was also the former Owner of Camp Bow Wow. Before their venture into the business world, Jim served as the Head Coach of Men's and Women's Golf at Jacksonville University and as the Head Coach of Women's Swimming at University of the Pacific. Jim holds a B.A. in Sport Sciences from the University of the Pacific.
