L G Lugo has extensive experience in the insurance industry, starting as a Territorial Sales Manager at Allstate in 1973. They later served as the Country Sales Vice President for Mexico and South America at American International Group/American International Underwriters. In 2000, Lugo became the Chief Marketing Officer at Cypress Property & Casualty Insurance Company. They then operated as an Agency Principal at Texas Affiliated Agency Group before joining Sunshine State Insurance Company as the Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer.
