Sasha Nisenbaum

Sasha Nisenbaum currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Cypress Realty Group Boston, overseeing daily operations of a diverse real estate portfolio with a focus on property development, leasing, maintenance, and tenant satisfaction since June 2024. Prior to this role, Nisenbaum was the Director of Operations at JF Restaurants, managing hospitality operations at Winthrop Center Tower from March 2022 to November 2024. Nisenbaum also owned and operated Squeeze Juice Company, which established six locations in the Boston area from April 2011 to August 2022. Previous experience includes serving as Regional Director of Operations for Flight Club Darts USA (June 2018 - July 2021) and as President and Operating Partner at PRESTIGE WORLDWIDE HOSPITALITY GROUP, where oversight included notable establishments from July 2009 to June 2018. Nisenbaum holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Endicott College and a Master’s degree in School Adjustment Counseling from Cambridge College.
