Carey Rome

Carey Rome has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 1996, they worked at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in the Audit & Business Advisory role until 2002. From 2002 to 2004, they served as COO & CFO for a privately held business, focusing on strategic vision and profitability. In 2005, Carey became the CEO of Cypress Resources, Inc. Currently, they are a Board Member of the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA), a position they held from 2018 to 2021.

Carey Rome's education history begins in 1986 when they attended Catholic High School in Baton Rouge, LA. They completed their high school education at this institution but did not receive a degree or specialize in any specific field of study. Afterward, from 1990 to 1993, Carey obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University. They then went on to attend Louisiana Tech University from 1993 to 1995, where they pursued a degree in Accounting and specialized in the same field of study.
