Bennion Gardner

Bennion Gardner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Bennion is currently serving as the Executive Director at The Oquirrh Foundation since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Cyprus Federal Credit Union where they held multiple positions including Vice President of Business Services, Business Services Manager, and Commercial Relationship Manager, starting from June 2012. Gardner also founded and directed the Main Street Arts Festival from January 2010 to 2014. Bennion served as the President of Magna Chamber of Commerce from April 2011 to December 2013. Additionally, Gardner worked at Zions Bank in various positions including Branch Manager and Commercial Loan Specialist from June 2005 to June 2012, and as a Teller from April 2001 to July 2002.

Bennion Gardner completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance at the University of Utah, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Later, from 2017 to 2019, they attended the Western CUNA Management School and obtained a Graduate degree. The field of study for their graduate degree is not specified.

Cyprus Credit Union was founded in 1928 by 22 Kennecott Copper Company employees with assets totaling less than $100. Today, we are the longest-serving credit union in Utah and have a diverse membership with financial services available to any Utah resident.
