Omer Engin Bulut has been the Dean of Faculty of Dentistry at Cyprus International University since June 2017. Prior to that, they served as Associate Professor at Capadoccia University, Medical Vocational School, Department of Dentistry from April 2016 to May 2017. Ömer also served as Associate Professor at Baskent University, Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from September 2001 to May 2014. Additionally, they were the Dean at Cyprus Health and Social Sciences University, Faculty of Dentistry from June 2017 to September 2020. Before becoming a Dean, they were the owner of their own company. Ömer started their career as an ORAL SUGERY at Hacettepe University from September 1988 to December 1995.
Ömer Engin Bulut's educational career began with him receiving their high school diploma from TED Ankara Koleji. Ömer then went on to study dentistry at Hacettepe University, and finally completed a residency program in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the same school. Ömer received their PhD in this field from Hacettepe University as well.
