Rashmi Pradeep (She/Her)

Rashmi Pradeep has a solid work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Rashmi currently works as a Technical Program Manager at Cyquent, Inc., specifically for Warner Bros. Discovery. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager at Cyquent, Inc., overseeing projects for Fannie Mae. Rashmi also served as a Lead Business System Analyst at Cyquent, Inc. for clients such as Freddie Mac and the FDA.

Before joining Cyquent, Inc., Rashmi worked as a Business System Analyst at Visionet Systems Inc. from 2012 to 2014. Rashmi also gained experience as a Business Analyst at Sovika Infotek Inc. in 2011 and at Mahindra Ugine Steel Co (MUSCO) from 2010 to 2011. Rashmi started their career as a Business Analyst at European Software Alliances Ltd. from 2008 to 2010.

Rashmi Pradeep (She/Her) completed their education at the University of Maryland Global Campus from 2016 to 2018, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Project Management. Prior to that, they attended Bharathiar University from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and ITIL Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Rashmi obtained these certifications in 2019, with the ITIL certification being completed in February and the rest in March.
