Simon Woldeyesus

Simon Woldeyesus is an experienced Tigrinya interpreter and translator with a diverse background in providing communication services across various sectors. Currently serving as a Tigrinya Interpreter at LanguageLine Solutions and a Tigrinya OPI Interpreter at CyraCom Language Solutions, Simon specializes in delivering accurate and HIPAA-compliant interpretation for medical, legal, and public service clients. Additionally, Simon has extensive freelance experience interpreting for the Sioux City Community School District and proofreading documents for NWI Global in both Tigrinya and Amharic. Previous roles include interpreting for Liberty Language Services and TransPerfect, as well as teaching English to adult refugees with the International Rescue Committee. Academic qualifications include degrees from Addis Ababa University and the University of Asmara.
