Thanh Nguyen

Thanh Nguyen possesses a diverse professional background in visitor experience, language interpretation, and guest services within cultural institutions. Currently serving as a Visitor Experience Associate at The Shed in New York City since February 2025, Thanh also holds roles as a Vietnamese Interpreter at CyraCom Language Solutions and a Guest Services Representative at The Paley Center for Media, where responsibilities include orienting visitors, managing admissions, and assisting with events. Previous experience includes a role as a Front of House staff member at Frieze New York, script evaluation at PLAYWRIGHTS REALM INC, and various educational program support roles at notable institutions such as The Museum of Modern Art and Teachers College, Columbia University. Thanh holds a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Teachers College, Columbia University, along with multiple degrees from The Ohio State University in Anthropological Sciences and Theatre.
