Gopal Koratana

Gopal Koratana has held various positions in the software engineering industry since 1996. Gopal began their career as a Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as an Architect and consultant to GE Transportation and GE-Harris railway electronics. In 2000, they moved to Cysive as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2001, they joined Manheim as a Software Architect. From 2002 to 2014, they were the CTO of Vendormate, Inc., where they helped the company become the #1 fastest growing private software company by Inc Magazine in 2010 and the HIT Top 100 list of healthcare companies in 2013. From 2014 to 2016, they were the CEO/CTO of IBOTSystems, a software engineering hub and an innovation engine. In 2020, they became a Board Member and Charter Member of TiE Atlanta, and a Cofounder & CTO of Cyrano Video, an all-in-one HIPAA & SOX compliant video platform.

Gopal Koratana completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engg from Nagpur University in 1994. Gopal then went on to pursue their MTech in Energy Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, which they completed in 1996.
