Kenneth Quiros Fernández has extensive work experience in customer service roles. Kenneth started their career in 2015 as a Services Coordinator at GEA Internacional, where they coordinated assistance services and also handled the sale of assistance plans. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at RACSA_CR as a Customer Service Specialist, where they provided attention to ICE telemarketing channel 1193, sold telecommunications services, and excelled in customer service. Currently, they are employed at CYREBRO as a Tier 1 Support Engineer, a role that they started in August 2022.
