Mohammad Abushaaban is an experienced professional in the property and business development sectors, currently serving as the Business Services Manager - Property at Cyrenians since November 2022. Previously, Mohammad held various roles including Founder of Waha Property, where services were provided to investors seeking to develop buy-to-let portfolios in Edinburgh. Other positions include Sales Manager at PayProp United Kingdom, Senior Business Development at Umega Lettings, and various roles at The Melting Pot - Scotland's Centre for Social Innovation. Mohammad holds a Master of Science in Business Management with Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Engineering in Web Technologies, both from Edinburgh Napier University.

For over 50 years Cyrenians has been tackling the causes and consequences of homelessness. Our values-led, relationship-based approach to delivering our services means we are able to offer person-centred support to those in need of our help. By reacting to both the consequences of homelessness and working to prevent homelessness occurring in the first instance, we are proud of our history of delivering life-changing support to those in our community.
