Preeti Bose

Preeti Bose has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of leadership and talent development. Preeti is currently serving as the Head of Leadership and Talent Development at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas since July 2021.

Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of Aatman Consulting, where they focused on talent management, performance management, leadership development, and coaching across various industries.

Preeti also held key positions at Lupin as the Global Head of Talent Management and Leadership Development, Cipla as the Global Head of Leadership Academy, and Mondelēz International where they contributed to the establishment of the global Mondelez International University and led various initiatives in learning and leadership development.

Additionally, Preeti has worked at Mars as the National Learning and Development Manager, Lionbridge as the Senior Manager of Training, Hurix Systems as an Instructional Designer, and Tata Interactive Systems as a Lead Content Developer.

Throughout their career, Preeti has demonstrated expertise in talent management, leadership development, instructional design, and content development across various industries.

Preeti Bose obtained a Master's Degree in English from Lady Shri Ram College For Women. In 2023, they completed the CHRO Leadership Program at Cornell University in the field of Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Preeti also holds several certifications, including being a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation and a Lumina Learning Practitioner from Lumina Learning.
