Mark Ronk's work experience begins in 1993 when they became the Director of Training at Don Pablo's restaurants. Mark then moved on to Baja Fresh Restaurants in 2005, where they served as the Director of Training and Development. In 2007, Mark joined Nestle USA as the People Development Leader and later became the Head of Learning, OD & Talent Management. In 2015, they joined Amgen as the Global Director of Leadership and Management Development. Mark then worked at Nestlé as the (External) Head of Learning, OD & Talent Management from 2016 to 2018. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Head of Talent and Leadership Development at The Cheesecake Factory. Currently, Mark is working as an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.

Mark Ronk obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business from 1991 to 1993. Mark later pursued an M.B.A. in Organization Development at The University of Dallas from 2003 to 2005.
