Brent Neumann

Brent Neumann has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Brent began their career at Ace Hardware in 2003, where they worked as a Sales Staff member. In this role, they assisted with deploying new PCs onto the existing network, troubleshooted PC and printer issues, and utilized point of sale (POS) systems. In 2008, Brent joined CBTS as a Network Operations Center/Data Center Technician. Brent provided 24/7 remote support for co-location, network, and hosting clients, managed copper and fiber cabling plants, and assisted colocation customers with rack server and power configuration. Since 2011, Brent has been employed at CyrusOne, where they have held various roles. Brent started as a Data Center Facility Manager, responsible for troubleshooting and engineering electrical and HVAC systems, maintaining technical drawings, managing new customer installations, coordinating maintenance, and reducing operation costs. Brent then became a Senior Operations Manager, where they oversaw data center facility operations, managed customer relationships, and supervised annual budgets. Currently, Brent holds the position of Regional Operations Director - Central.

Brent Neumann completed an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from Moraine Valley Community College between 2005 and 2007. In addition, they obtained certifications in CDCMP from CNet Training in March 2019 and CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA in 2009.
