Keith Roelands has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Keith started their career as a Lead Sales Representative at Mobile City, LLC (AT&T) in 2007. Keith then served as a Property Manager at Camp-Deep Creek in 2009. In 2010, Keith became a Business Manager at BookHolders.com, where they worked until 2012. During this time, they also took on the role of Project Coordinator at Interactive Touchscreen Solutions, Inc. Keith joined Equinix in 2013 and held various positions, including IBX Operations in the DC Campus, Client Services Manager, Customer Success Manager - Global Accounts, and Global Customer Success Manager - Strategic Alliances. In 2018, they transitioned to CyrusOne as the Director of Implementation Services and later took on roles as Director and Senior Director of Customer Success & Implementations.

Keith Roelands attended West Virginia University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Business Management.
