Satish Nookala

Satish Nookala has extensive experience in the field of information technology and management. Satish has held various leadership positions in well-known companies throughout their career.

From 2002 to 2003, Satish worked as a Technical Consultant at Objectsmiths Inc, where they provided systems engineering solutions for financial institutions in the DFW area.

Satish then joined Fiserv in 2003 as a Manager of Systems Engineering, where they were responsible for improving IT portfolio management processes and playing a key role in strategic IT and IS design.

In 2012, Satish moved to Sungard Availability Services as Manager of Infrastructure Engineering. There, they led a team and managed the infrastructure for one of the largest Mainframe and SAN infrastructure in North America.

In 2015, they joined Prudential Financial as the Director of Data Center Infrastructure Engineering. In this role, they oversaw the design, construction, and operation of three highly resilient Tier III data centers, as well as the consolidation of seven legacy data centers.

Starting in 2019, Satish worked at Comcast as the Director of OT Capacity & Product Management. In this position, they were responsible for the strategy and implementation of capacity management initiatives and led a large team across different locations.

Currently, Satish is the Director of Product Management at CyrusOne, a position they have held since 2023.

Throughout their career, Satish has demonstrated their expertise in various aspects of IT and has consistently taken on positions of leadership and responsibility.

Satish Nookala holds a Master's in Information Systems (MIS) from CQUniversity, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed a Graduate Diploma in Information Systems from CQUniversity from 1998 to 1999. Satish'sBachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics was earned from Osmania University, Department of Business Management, from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Satish Nookala has obtained various certifications in areas such as executive presence, leadership, ITIL service management, lean six sigma, and numerous technical certifications from institutions like LinkedIn, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Skillsoft, Purdue University, and various technology companies.
