Andrew Mansour

Andrew Mansour is an experienced security professional currently serving as the Security Tech Lead and previously as a Senior Security Engineer at Cyshield since October 2020. Prior to joining Cyshield, Andrew held multiple roles at Orange Business Services from May 2015 to October 2020, including Senior Network Security Engineer, where responsibilities included providing advanced technical support and overseeing complex security projects, and Network Security Engineer, focusing on incident management and customer fault resolution. Earlier in the career, Andrew was an Operations Team Lead and Incident Management Specialist, managing team escalations and serving as a key technical contact for large accounts. Andrew also led a graduation project on mobile data offloading and gained training experience at Vodafone Egypt. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Alexandria University, achieved in 2013.
