Albert Faro has extensive experience in the field of healthcare and clinical affairs. Albert is currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Affairs at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a position they have held since February 2020. Prior to this role, Albert was the Senior Director of Clinical Affairs at the foundation from August 2016 to February 2020. Before joining the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, they worked at Washington University in St. Louis, where they held the position of Professor of Pediatrics from May 2014 to June 2016 and Associate Professor of Pediatrics from July 2005 to May 2014.
Albert Faro attended Columbia University from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biochemistry. Albert then pursued their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine from 1984 to 1988.
