Cristen Clemm

Cristen Clemm currently serves as the Outreach and Inclusion Program Manager at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, where responsibilities include leading initiatives related to Health Systems Innovation and Navigation, aimed at enhancing care for the CF community. Prior experience includes roles as a Family Program & Community Outreach Coordinator at The Children's Inn at NIH and Care Coordinator at the Frederick County Health Department, focusing on community engagement and support for families and youth. Additional experience encompasses MSW internships at Adventist Behavioral Health and the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services, and serving as a Health Educator for the United States Peace Corps. Cristen holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Health Studies from James Madison University.
