Abilash Sekar

Abilash Sekar has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Abilash is currently working at Cytel as a Project Lead (Scrum Master), where they apply project management best practices and technical expertise to achieve targeted results. Abilash works closely with product owners to manage product backlog and sprint activities, and supports them in defining product goals and managing product backlog.

Prior to their current role, Abilash worked at HCLTech for a significant period. Abilash started as a Software Engineer and progressed to become an Associate Consultant, Consultant, Senior Consultant, and finally a Lead Consultant. During their time at HCLTech, they had various responsibilities such as ensuring the progress of daily meetings, assisting in the design of complex development projects, coordinating with Scrum Teams, and ensuring process compliance. Abilash also played a role in enhancing the technical capabilities of the team members and preparing status reports.

Abilash Sekar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics And Communication Engineering from Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
