Aniruddha Deshmukh

Aniruddha Deshmukh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software engineering, particularly within the life sciences sector. Currently serving as Director of Innovation & Software Engineering and Vice President of Software Engineering at Cytel since January 2005, Aniruddha has developed expertise in creating cross-platform desktop and enterprise applications, as well as software for clinical trial design and execution. Additionally, Aniruddha has significant leadership experience, managing cross-functional Agile teams and providing mentorship. Aniruddha has also contributed to academic development as a member of the Board of Studies for the Department of Statistics at both Shikshan Prasarak Mandal's Sir Parshurambhau College and New Arts, Commerce and Science College, focusing on curriculum improvement to align academic programs with industry needs. Aniruddha's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics and Informatics from IIT Bombay and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from S. P. College.
