Hoora Moradian

Hoora Moradian, PhD, currently holds the position of Director of Comparative Effectiveness at Cytel since September 2021, previously serving as Associate Director and Senior Research Consultant during their tenure there. Prior to Cytel, Hoora was a Senior Data Scientist and Product Manager (Data Analytics) at Starling Minds from October 2019 to August 2021. Hoora's academic journey includes a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at Fonds de recherche du Québec, focusing on ensemble learning for clustered right censored data, and a role as a Lecturer and Research Assistant at HEC Montréal. Additionally, Hoora has experience as a Teaching and Lab Assistant at Concordia University's John Molson School of Business. Hoora holds a Ph.D. in Data Science from HEC Montréal, an MBA in Business Analytics from Concordia University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
