Kim Pratt

Kim Pratt has over 17 years of work experience in finance roles. Kim is currently the Director of Project Finance Management at Cytel since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations Finance at ICON plc from July 2021 to January 2022. Kim'slongest tenure was at PRA Health Sciences, where they held various roles in Operations Finance from March 2013 to July 2021, including Associate Director, Senior Manager, Manager, Lead Project Analyst, and Project Analyst. Kim started their career as a Financial Analyst at UMB Bank from January 2005 to March 2007. Throughout their career, Kim has been responsible for client relationship management, financial strategy, team management, profitability analysis, and contract costing.

Kim Pratt completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of Kansas between the years 2001 and 2004. Kim later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Kansas - Graduate School of Business from 2008 to 2012.
