Koushik Mukherjee

Koushik Mukherjee has extensive work experience in the field of software quality engineering and testing. Currently, they are working as the Software Quality Engineering Lead at Cytel since March 2023. Prior to this, Koushik worked at Tata Consultancy Services from 2013 to 2023, holding various roles and responsibilities. Koushik served as a Test Manager & Agile Lead for Sims Metal, Australia, from July 2022 to March 2023. Before that, they were a Test Manager for AGL Energy Limited, Australia, from August 2020 to July 2022. Koushik also worked as a Test Lead & Scrum Master, Performance Test Lead, Performance Tester, and Defect Management Admin for AGL Energy Limited, Australia, during different time periods. Koushik started their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Trainee in March 2013.

Koushik Mukherjee's education history begins in 2008 when they enrolled at the West Bengal University of Technology in Kolkata. Koushik pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in electronics and communication engineering, completing their studies in 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Koushik has obtained several certifications in various fields. In 2018, they became a Certified ScrumMaster™ (CSM™) through the Scrum Alliance. Koushik also obtained the ASCENT - Leadership Development Programme certification from Tata Consultancy Services in the same year. In 2022, Koushik earned the Transcend Delivery Management Certification and participated in the Find Your Everest - Leadership Development Programme, both offered by Tata Consultancy Services. Koushik also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Koushik continued to enhance their skill set with various certifications in 2023. Koushik obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google, and certifications in Balsamiq - Wireframes & Mockups and Figma - Wireframes & Mockups from Udemy. Koushik also completed several online courses provided by LinkedIn, including Product Management First Steps, Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap, Technology for Product Managers, and Unconscious Bias. Additionally, Koushik earned the Design Thinking for Growth and Transformation Consultants certification from INSEAD.

Furthermore, in 2018, Koushik successfully completed the IELTS exam administered by IDP India.
