Monica Dempsey

Monica Dempsey has extensive experience as a Project Analyst in the clinical research industry. Monica started their career at PRA Health Sciences in November 2017, where they initially worked as a Project Analyst 2. In this role, they were responsible for client updating of out of scope work, accrual reporting for clients, and internal revenue reporting. In April 2021, they were promoted to the position of Senior Project Analyst at PRA Health Sciences, where they continued to excel in their responsibilities until July 2022.

In February 2022, Monica joined ICON plc as a Lead Project Analyst. Monica played a key role in leading project analysis and driving successful outcomes until July 2022.

Most recently, Monica joined Cytel in July 2022 as a Senior Project Analyst, where they currently work.

Monica Dempsey obtained their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The University of Kansas School of Business. Monica attended this institution from 1989 to 1995. Additionally, they pursued studies in Accounting at the University of North Texas from 1990 to 1992, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree from this institution. In terms of additional certifications, in June 2023, Monica achieved a certification in Inclusive Leadership from LinkedIn.
