Ben Berridge

Ben Berridge is currently the DBS and Projects Director at Cytiva, focusing on enhancing site flow and employee engagement while coaching teams in DBS culture and problem-solving. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Cytiva, where significant improvements in on-time delivery and Lean transformation were achieved. Prior roles at Danaher and Linx Printing Technologies involved mentoring in the Danaher Business System and leading operational improvements, while early career experience at Collins and Aikman included managing a team to generate substantial cost reductions through Lean manufacturing practices. Ben holds a degree in Integrated Technologies, Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
