Bryan Schneidmuller

Bryan Schneidmuller has over 35 years of work experience in human resources. Bryan currently works at Cytiva as the Senior Director of Human Resources for the Americas. In this role, they oversee a global HR team and provides strategic HR leadership to a team of 28 HR professionals and managers. Prior to Cytiva, Bryan worked at SCIEX as the Senior Director of Human Resources for the US and Latin America, where they supported various departments and led efforts related to development, performance management, and compliance. Bryan also worked at Raytheon, serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager and providing executive guidance on talent management, organizational optimization, and talent acquisition. Bryan's earlier experience includes roles at Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems, CareMore Health Plan, MedPartners, Talbert Medical Group, and Remedy Intelligent Staffing, where they held various HR leadership positions.

Bryan Schneidmuller earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma, where they studied from 1982 to 1986.
