Dionne Tarantino

Dionne Tarantino has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent role is as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Cytiva, a Danaher Company, where they are responsible for managing strategic HR initiatives for a $2 billion global business unit. Prior to this, Dionne held the same position at Pall Corporation, also a Danaher Company, where they led a team of over 30 HR professionals and was responsible for driving global business excellence. Dionne has also worked as a Global HR Business Partner at AstraZeneca, a Director of Human Resources at Pearson, and a Regional HR Manager at Express Scripts. Dionne's earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Business Partner at Philips Health Systems and a Human Resources Generalist at Senior Connections, Inc. Overall, Dionne brings a wealth of experience in HR leadership and strategic management to their current role.

Dionne Tarantino has a Juris Doctorate in Law from the Massachusetts School of Law, which they completed in 2021. Prior to that, they studied Compensation Studies at Cornell University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from UMass Boston.
