Gregory Dufourd

Gregory Dufourd is an experienced sourcing leader with a strong background in capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and procurement management. Currently serving as the Indirect Sourcing Leader for CAPEX at Cytiva since April 2021, Gregory supports large-scale capital expansions across the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Gregory was a Senior Sourcing Manager at Firmenich, where responsibility included directing sourcing strategies for a $150M relocation program. Additional experience includes managing procurement for building installations at Steiner AG and leading the purchasing department at MINERG-APPELSA Services SA. Gregory's early career involved specialized procurement for HVAC and refrigeration systems at AXIMA CONCEPT. Educational qualifications include studies in purchases from Grenoble Ecole de Management and a Master’s degree in management from École supérieure des Affaires Grenoble.
