Jennifer Gregg

Jennifer Gregg is an experienced Total Rewards leader with a demonstrated history of optimizing compensation and benefits across various organizations. Currently, Jennifer serves as the Global Total Rewards Leader at Cytiva, managing the Total Rewards function for a business with over $9 billion in revenue and a workforce of more than 16,000 associates in 45 countries. Prior roles include Global Compensation & Benefits Manager at GE Renewable Energy, where Jennifer built a global team and advised on compensation strategy, and earlier positions at GE and Dealer.com, focusing on compensation program design and administration. Jennifer's career is supported by a BA in Mathematics from Sweet Briar College.
