Karl Britt

Karl Britt, PE has a diverse and extensive work experience. Karl is currently serving as the Vice President of R&D; Sustainable Innovation at Cytiva, starting in May 2023. Before that, they worked at Pall Corporation as the Technology Vice President; Sustainability & Tech Talent from July 2017 to May 2023. At Pall Water, Karl held the position of Vice President of New Product Development and Product Engineering from May 2014 to June 2017, where they led a global team in developing and improving filtration systems for water applications. Prior to that, Karl worked at Pall Corporation as the Engineering Director; Western-hemisphere where they led a team of engineers and achieved significant productivity improvements. Karl also held various positions at Pall Corporation including Director of Operations; Technology Services, Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Project Manager. Earlier in their career, Karl worked as a Design Engineer at Thermokinetics, Inc and as a Quality Engineer at T&L Automatics.

Karl Britt, PE has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Binghamton University, which they obtained in 1994. Karl later pursued an MBA in Business Management from Le Moyne College, completing it between 2007 and 2012. More recently, Karl obtained a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Sustainability and Innovation from Harvard Extension School in 2023. In addition to their educational background, they hold certifications such as the Professional Engineer license in New York and Texas.
