Khalil Balan

Khalil Balan has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Khalil currently works at Cytiva as a Team Lead - Senior Customer Case Management Engineer, where they lead the supporting team in software R&D, conducts technical investigations, and prioritizes tasks. Prior to that, they were a Project Lead at Jakobsberg Trafikskola, where they redesigned internal and external IT-business processes, defined functional and nonfunctional requirements, and successfully launched two new platforms. Khalil also worked as an IT Architect at Redmind, contributing to building end-to-end software solutions. In addition, Khalil has experience as an Application Designer at DXC Technology, where they provided consulting services and worked on application architecture, design, development, and integration. Khalil is also a co-founder of Binary, a technology solutions provider. Early in their career, Khalil worked at Vision It as an Assistant Analyst and Salesman.

Khalil Balan has a Master's degree in Business Development from Linnaeus University, which they obtained in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Informatics Technology with a focus on Software Engineering at Arab International University in 2013. In terms of certifications, Khalil obtained the TOGAF® 9 Certified from The Open Group in 2016 and became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through Scrum Alliance in June 2021.
