Kyle Riggs

Kyle Riggs is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in medical device development and engineering management. Currently serving as Lead Development Engineer at Cytiva since July 2021, Kyle has previously held positions such as Development Engineer and R&D Engineering Co-op at Fractyl, where responsibilities included managing a medical catheter project and conducting rigorous evaluations of project proposals. During a co-op at GE Healthcare Life Sciences, Kyle was the sole inventor of a patent-pending bioreactor bag design and led critical evaluations and enhancements of existing products. Additional experience includes roles at Amphenol PCD, where Kyle focused on cable design and cross-functional collaboration, and Greenwich Bay Sailing Association, where Kyle served as Head Racing Coach, demonstrating leadership and technical skills in both engineering and coaching. Kyle holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Northeastern University.
