Marivi Mendizabal

Marivi Mendizabal has a strong and extensive work experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry. Marivi is currently the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Cytiva, where they lead a global team and ensures that business processes are optimized for high performance and results. Prior to their current role, they held various leadership positions at GE Healthcare, including VP of Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance, Business Leader for Emerging Growth Markets, Head of Global R&D, and Head of Global Discovery and CSO for Molecular Imaging. Before joining GE Healthcare, Marivi worked at Amersham Health as a Research Director and Portfolio Manager for Oncology & Neurology, and at SmithKline Beecham as a Scientist. With their diverse background and expertise, Marivi has constantly driven continuous improvement, innovation, and ensured quality measures are met in their roles throughout their career.

Marivi Mendizabal attended the University of Navarra from 1982 to 1990, where they earned a BPharm, MSc, and PhD in Pharmacy and Physiology.
