Naghmeh Nikpoor

Naghmeh Nikpoor is a highly experienced professional in the fields of biotechnology and clinical research, currently serving as Senior Manager for Partner Engagement in Automation, Digital and Learning Solutions at Cytiva since September 2021. Prior roles include Scientific Innovation Program Manager at Lallemand, where Naghmeh developed the first scientific external innovation program in microbiome research and led strategic initiatives for technology transfer. Naghmeh has a strong background in bioinformatics, having worked as a freelance Data Scientist and Clinical Research Project Manager at Keyrus Life Science, managing multicenter studies and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. With a Ph.D. in Human/Medical Genetics from McGill University and a graduate diploma in Clinical Research, Naghmeh has contributed to numerous scientific publications and has extensive experience in project management, collaboration, and mentoring within academic and clinical settings.
